Burning Arduino Bootloader without external AVR-Writer

I write this post for who like me have an Arduino Mini USB Adapter and want to upload code (or burn bootloader) by ISP on ATMEGA168 or Attiny45.

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
