It crashed in Pakistan today and is claimed to be American. I don't recognize it. Anybody seen this one before?

It looks burnt...I guess the US military puts little self-destruct mechanism into it's tiny UAVs as well as it's fullsized stealth helicopters.

I know I have seen that before, just can't remember where. It looks kinda like it flew through a fire rather than one from inside like from a battery.  Russian maybe?  Maybe local?
