Bidirectional RC transmitter with ARM7, Xbee PRO, Bluetooth and a PDA (2)

I am working in my bidirectional transmitter. i has built parts in plastic with my hobby cnc machine. it looks very technical device!!!

i have not received PCB yet.

i post some pictures of not finished assembly.

We are testing XBee Pro Series 2 with ZB firmware now, it seems than 5 Kbytes/sec is possible. We publish transfer rate speed as soon as we finish testings.

What kind of CNC machine did you use? It's a great looking setup!

Hi Kyle, i am using a cheap manual mill machine (zx7035 with circular column) converted to CNC with 3 servo motors and Mach3, no ball screews.

Hi Widyawardana Adiprawita, this gimbals are from a walkera radio

Is the PDA permanently mounted into the controller or are you able to remove it?

Very nice work. I also have a CNC that I built for hobby use. Are you going to make your windows mobile software open source? I have an old Dell V50 that I could use as well as Thomas' long range UHF control system.

Hi Jose Luis Cortes!
Currently I work on the same project. We also use XPee pro series with external antennas and going to design ground station for multitarget UAV systems.

Where can I read more about your project? Any blog or site?
