I'm glad to hear about the ability to include GPS data in the DCM calculation, but I hadn't seen any reference to that capability in the posted documentation.  That makes me wonder what other undocumented features the chip has.

Is there more documentation available for the MPU-6000, beyond what is posted on Invensense's website?  I noticed they just posted the Register Map doc in the last day:

Hopefully they wouldn't require an NDA to get access to additional documentation.

Hey guys,  what about making us some small 3.5v SMD high view angle LED boards.  Fingernail size board with just a few different color LEDs' that we can use for lighting applications that can easily run off of APM.  Using 12v strip lighting is a little old school and inefficient.  If I had a pick and place I would have made these a long time ago.  Be to easy to wire with long I2C cable wire.

Hello,

I would like to ask you about components for IMU. I want add the IMU on my model but I do not know what I need for it.

I have now: two Xbee moduls 2.4 GHz, 1x GPS modul EM-406A, 1x Xbee Explorer Dongle.

I will buy: ArduIMU V3 and Battery.

What do I need to buy? I know that I need some Xbee board on a plane side. But I do not know which one. There are many boards for Xbee (Adafruit, Droids,...) Which one is perfect for ArduIMU V3? Can I use GPS modul EM-406A with ArduIMU V3 or do you know any better GPS modul for it?

Does the ArduIMU replace ArduPilot Mega & Oil Pan IMU Board with respect to using it with ArduCopter right "out of the box"?
