I have one non-engineer background question. The connection I see is
Android Phone-->Phone Drone Board-->Receiver-->Servos(Output)
So does this unit work by calling it at all or does there always have to be a physical connection to a mobile android phone?
Comment by Jan Detlefsen on April 25, 2012 at 9:19pm I read that according to the Open Accessory specs you need to supply the Android device with 500mA/5V changing power. For something that is battery powered itself that seems like a lot. Does the PhoneDrone board do that or how do you avoid that?
