I am probably going to get hate mail for this, but a clear warning to any future addicts needs to be made. So here goes.
I was doing some spring cleaning and those darn DIY gadgets just kept on coming out of the woodwork. I knew I had a lot of stuff lying around, but this time I even surprised myself. And this is just DIY/FPV/Autopilot electronics currently not installed in a project. I will not show the pile of unfinished projects like copters, planes, rovers etc. It's just embarrassing. And the is also a big pile of general R/C stuff like ESC's motors, servos, gyros, receivers and such..
Anyways, there should be some well knows gadgets in this picture, and some not so well known ones also. Geek points to the first one to correctly identify them all, excluding the self made stuff that only I would know of.
Morale of the story? Get bigger storage boxes I guess..
Comment by Ellison Chan on May 1, 2012 at 12:43pm John, I can sympathize.
Comment by David on May 1, 2012 at 1:33pm Haha, this is great!

I see some prototypes and unreleased 3DR hardware in there :)

HAHA! And I *just* submitted an order to Hobby King for another $180 worth of stuff. Mostly gadgets. Servo tester, another BEC (never can have enough, even though I already have 2 unsused ones), another FrSky receiver, and this thing to reprogram my old receivers:

Is there a 12 step program?
Maybe having on DIYdrones a marketplace for used or not so used hardware is a good idea ;)
Comment by Ellison Chan on May 1, 2012 at 2:18pm There's a Buy, Sell and Trade category in the forum:

Comment by Anish on May 1, 2012 at 3:57pm Hi John,
i sympathise with you, u defenitely are a collector. I have to admit I might not far off, as for AHRS/AP's i have almost a dozen ( depends on wether you would classify some experimental one's). The thing i miss from your collection is FPV transmitters and recievers. I would like to try a bit of FPV, i am still stuck with a gopro :(
