I was not impressed by it.  Is is a very cool idea but the range is terrible and you always need to point the radio in the direction of the plane or else you loose signal.  So you can never fly FPV because you constantly need to look to see where your aircraft is to keep your radio pointed in the right direction...  If anyone would like to buy it from me send me a PM.. will sell for around €200?

I saw this model in Beijing EXPO few months ago and it seems to be rather good. I only had few doubts with it, as camera is on below the main hull it also will be the first thing to get hit by rocks and other hard material when landing.

Range for video is only 300-400 meters in good conditions (like Alex said). So don't go flying it too far. But other than that it's nice looking plane and works usually rather well our from the box.

Normal street price for these planes is around 340-380 USD.

What's the quality of the controller and LCD screen like?

Would it be possible to add a FrSky transmitter module to the controller.

lloyd, no you cannot. All modules are integrated to main system so you cannot change any modules on anywhere on the system.

I'm a pure FPV guy.  RTF is always a bit iffy when it starts out.  It lacks a lot of the critical aspects to doing  FPV, so it's a no.  My prediction is they will sell millions.

It at least needs a CP on the video antenna come on.... get your game together!

Make it modular so people can get this to get started and then upgrade antenna's, video rx/tx, controller and finally the plane :-)
