Corporate and Government use of UAVs to the potential exclusion of unaligned civil use.

If a path to easy and free use by ordinary citizens is not maintained, corporate and government use could be used to unilaterally control and suppress the public to their disadvantage.

A world illustrated in Half Life 2.

The Occucopter used in direct opposition of that mission and providing instant and comprehensive disclosure of any abuses.
