  • Crep tissue paper? That is a superb job, even if it adds weight that is excellent work.

  • Nice work!

Did anyone but me like it better as an open frame? Then again it would have been less effective to judge orientation as a skeleton.

Now I wonder if anyone plans to adapt a bicycle helmet to a quad?

  • Nice design, but why tissue, and not monokote?

  • The balsa wood frame is covered with about three layers of tissue paper. There is a thin coat of wood filler sanded down smooth then a couple of coats of primer. Then the finished paint. The tissue paper is the same kind of tissue paper used for stuffing in a presant or gift bag. Very thin (especially when wet). It shrinks when it dries so it is nice ant tight over the frame.
  • Very nice! what's the material over the balsa frame ?

  • Super hot! Video of this in action when you finish/get the chance, tres excited :D

Can't wait to get my components and start building!
