First flight Xmega AP and Hexa Configuration

Hi,

This is 1st outdoor flight of Xmega Lite AP . All electronic components are located inside, between carbon plates.

Below, first outdoor flight; no landing gear yet...

In general, it is recommenent to place the ESC's as close as possible to the motors.

Otherwise too much electric noise may radiated and interference with other sensitive electronics.

That looks neat. the 3DR ones look like they vomited thier intestines. I'm trying to make mine look neat :(

@George P. - If you twist all cables (plus with minus,motor cables), lot of EMI will be canceled;however 2-3 deg error will be in compass when motors are spinning but can be removed in software.

Very nice, and neat install.  It almost looks like the electronics are missing from your Hexa when you put attach the top plate.
