You naughty scamps...you see a nice pair of legs, and the first thing you think about is what's between them. Pervs...:-D

  • Small pack is a 490mAH 3S nano-tech.

This thing will have 3 batteries in total after this ground up rebuild (rebuilding to try and solve my mag problems). A 10900 6S flight pack, a 1000mAh 3S for electronics and a 490mAH for FPV. Thought I may just add the FPV to the electronic pack to keep weight down.
  • (Quad is also quadframe.com - quad heavy with 370mm 21mm arms. Some pics floating about on my blog.

  • It's a maxamps 10900mAh 6S.

These are replacement legs (you can just see the old ones to the right), to give more gimbal clearance. Also means I can swap legs easily if I just want to fly.

These are 200mm legs from quadframe.com. Non gimbal version is 155mm.

Both going in my quad. These new legs plus new FPV kit should take it to 3.9kg AUW.

  • Gosh, those legs go on forever. What's the huge battery pack at the top?  If that small one is a 3s 2200, then that pack is huge. What're you building?
