Lockheed is too caught up in GPA's, EBS's, EDI's, TMS's, & TPS reports to do anything. The tools are so commoditized & so many people are unemployed that the critical mass has made guys collecting paychecks irrelevant.
He always seems to be on top of it. Nice one indeed!
