Comment by Jack Crossfire on May 28, 2012 at 1:55pm Lockheed is too caught up in GPA's, EBS's, EDI's, TMS's, & TPS reports to do anything. The tools are so commoditized & so many people are unemployed that the critical mass has made guys collecting paychecks irrelevant.
