The dream is often way bigger than reality can allow in this space, which is not a bad thing, just bringing people back to earth is difficult without crushing those dreams is hard.

REAL men write the manual and and correct it when they are wrong, They also know their path before they depart.

Well put.

I deal with a dozen people a day who don't know where the manual is or where the FAQs or Help are, ...they only know my number.

Its fun helping people who at least try to find the answer before they yell for help.

If they can't be bothered, then why should I?

AMEN......LOL..... great believer in RTFM.......

In our business, you would not believe the idiotic questions we get, when the answers is in plain sight!

Our other phrase that covers all other eventaulities is.....

"Never under estimate the predictability of stupidity", or the simpler version, " if its possible to screw it up, they will find new and inventive ways of doing it!"

All joking aside, its very hard to help someone that wont do a just a little leg work to help themselves.
