Looks nice, but the plywood doesn't really really match the arducopter frame look.
Also maybe plywood is a bit less crash-proof than polycarbonate.
Do you think it will be possible to cut through it?
And yes, putting gar design on Ponoko will save you a lot of work :)

I built a similar (albeit more bodge) enclosure with CD jewel cases :D
Liking it. Plans could be shared and Ponoko could be used. Whole reason its there is to do this sort of thing

Don't worry about the baro - big holes in the box, no problem.
