Rescue Robotics 2010 OBC Build Progress Update 6 - Testing and Simulation

Hi All,

This update contains some flight test results with video as well as software simulation and programming using the Paparazzi ground station.

Today's testing (with a nice stall and recovery at 4 min).

That think seem to be very sensitive in pitch control?! Congrats!

Extend that tail a bit and get rid of the pitch sensitivity! Good work on the sticks. I hear that bird is a bear at slow speed...... Keep up the good work!

Yep, extend the tail then you may even be able to put more stuff up front.

Yeah it is quite pitch sensitive in the air. I have the option to move the wings forward but that only exacerbates my equipment layout problems.

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
