fantastic! I'd love to see a build log for this.

Have you thought about the control algorithms at all? I assume a servo on the tail for pitch. How is roll controlled? Do you just run the wings at different speeds?

That's pretty similar to the SmartBird that Festo built last year and showcased at TED.
