When are these going to be available for purchase from France please ?? I would like to get my hands on one before they become Yesterdays Technology.

yes throttle on. wind speed was about 10mph . you can infer this from the video as i basically did a big oval track.
cruise was around 30 - 35 mph airspeed. Just wait for the 6s and 12inch prop set up Im working on.
thanks

2hours ? with motor running all the time ? what wind speed ? what cruise speed ?
i never fly more than 1 hour using my zagi with 2x 6000mha.
Nice project.
jack,
the amount of new people being drawn in to the hobby has increased as time has progressed. this has resulted in an increase of people pledging the complete ready to fly level. Re-sellers and distributors should always be a feature of a cogent business plan. Also as well you have the exponential equation of 'I tell two friends then they tell two friends and so on". So here is my question to Jack : when are you going to kickstart something? you got my pledge man. one thing for sure , its be a mind blowing experience.

Interesting how the balance went up exponentially as the auction continued & most of the customers are not resellers. Most people either put in a lot of time promoting their product, pay off any shortfall themselves, or make most of their money from resellers.
Carl,
the techpod actually incorporates the rg-15 airfoil. One of the big attractions of the rg-15 is its ability to handle extreme loads with out creating excess drag. This not only helps for caring a heavy load but also means the aircraft will not lose much speed in the corners. This is the key to dynamic soaring. I am defiantly a long time student of the albatross. Defiantly in my long term plans .

Wayne,
I like the design! Did you foresee room/hole for a downward looking camera?
Cheers

Wayne Excellent Build! have you thought of developing a wing like the Albatrosses use and fly with " 0 " energy? You are one of the few people that are capable of developing it Go for Three and have a good Day!
Rory,
linkedin sounds like a good idea. will have to hit it up. Thanks for the support guys.

Have you posted regarding your Kickstarter project in the LinkedIn UAV related forums? I cannot wait to dump my MP autopilot into your airframe!
