Hey DIY Droners,
There's a dearth of videos from DIY Droners as I've observe. I'm just wondering how come we don't put out much videos of our machines equipped with APM 2.0s/1.4 1280 & 2560 machines on Youtube and/ or Vimeo and some other video hosting sites.
When you search APM 2.0 at YT, the result at the top is the video of the APM 2.0 equipped Multiplex Fun Cub that I made last January yet. I am hoping that by now, the count of that video should have been surpassed by some other awesome production of an APM equipped machine. C'mon guys, crank out videos and clips of your quads, helis and airplanes out there. We need to get the good word out! Peace!

Comment by weelian soh on August 13, 2012 at 6:36pm Here you go! But mine's unlisted as my subscribers on my channel are complaining that I post too much RC videos lately. I do mostly Blender 3D modeling tutorials on my channel.

I think another reason is perhaps there are videos out there of APM2 rigs, just that the tags are not placed properly.
Comment by Tommy Larsen on August 14, 2012 at 5:04am At youtube you need to sort the list on "Latest" videos, not "most viewed"
Click "Filter" and choose "Upload date"
Comment by Jonek on August 14, 2012 at 10:06am Can anybody explain how to search youtube for video that contain the tag "APM 2.0" only? If I search for tag:APM 2.0 or tag:"APM 2.0" youtube does not seem to understand the tag as "APM 2.0" :(.
Heres a video of my APM 1.4 SkySurfer with the Mission Planner view.
Heres a video made with my APM 1.4 SkySurfer flying FPV mostly in FBW A mode:
Great videos there, John. Thanks for posting them. The views are awesome!
To Chris and the moderators, I'm not aware of a header or tab specifically dedicated for videos here in DIYDrones. Just correct me if I'm wrong but can we add a header for videos or clips for drones, specifically those being flown with APM flight controllers? I believe in this way, we can all appreciate the capabilities of the APM/ legacy controllers in one header. In there, requests for support from members thru videos (aside from individual blogs) can also be viewed. How- to- videos can also be posted there, aside from the wiki pages. Peace.

Great! Thanks for the videos, John. Awesome crash, though not recommended, lol. Happened to me too, pre- APM days.
Keep the ball rolling!
