That is awesome. The pilot has some amazing skill as well.
A couple of things to bring us back to earth though...as Max says, it's far from a stock ArParrot. Check out the arms and motors as compared to the original. I suspect there's not a single piece of electronics retained from the original ARParrot and thus all the original features like using a mobile phone for control and indoor position hold have been sacrificed.
Comment by Ellison Chan on February 22, 2012 at 6:10pm I'd love to see his sticks, when he's doing this. You'd probably need a high speed camera.

Comment by Ellison Chan on February 22, 2012 at 7:23pm Great. Not as fast as I thought it'd be, even in the regular speed video here.

who wants to try that with their APM2?? hehe ... Warthox is the best pilot ! always impressive.
thanks for the link!

Comment by Jack Crossfire on February 23, 2012 at 5:41am They went through all the trouble of making it look like an AR Drone to get the 1500 views, but it needs to have a phone somewhere to get the headline.

This is really what Multiwii (equipt stealth) does to an AR. Drone
Comment by Rana on February 23, 2012 at 11:03am Hats off to the unmatched piloting !
