Very cool - another Hanson into multicopters! Your hexa looks nice- have you tried a mission yet?

If you ever want to play with a quad, let me know.  I live in Wheat Ridge and I fly whenever possible - this stuff is addictive!

I'm still trying to get it to fly stably.

I've trashed my landing gear so far. I just installed the sonar, and was trying to get ALT_HOLD or LOITER to work nicely with it but it didn't seem to climb when the wind made it drift into a hillside on ALT_HOLD. I've flown little indoor gyro helos and an pretty good at that, but this big guy is a whole different beast.

Now I'm getting assymetric lift, the tail comes off the ground first and it noses over forward into the ground. I think my front lower rotors are too damaged form too many chips and scuffs from bad takeoffs or landings. Need to get by Colpar and get fresh rotors and see.

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
