can a state really ban uav's, I thought only the FAA can do that, is it not the sole jurisdiction of the FAA?

Comment by Peter Meister on February 8, 2013 at 10:08pm: A state can, some people think the fed govt supercedes state law but that is simply untrue. So yes they can and I think we are going to see many states do that in the near future.

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
