"OK both FlySky. 6 channel RX and Iris+ radio. Both have flashing red lights stating bind mode but never do."

Is it possible to bind to another RX? I've followed every video I can find and no luck. I get the red light and the beep on the radio but it wont connect to the RX FrSky 6 channel. Binding plug in and light flashing on the RX.What am I missing?
