No this is a ESC, electronic speed controller, this is the electronic device that causes your motor to run, it controls the speed of the motor thru RC Rx & Tx ! connects to the battery! each motor needs its own ESC! you will also need a micro controller to control all 5 ESC to do task like Pix hawk ! like the firs controller but for Radio controlled device.

The 2 links you sent me re- 6s 22v and 14s 51.87v being multi rotar ESC... Does that mean I can run the 4 motors off one controller?
sorry no it is not rated for enough amps to run your motor ! This type is not one ESC is a 4 in one! 4 not one ESC, all 4 on one PCB. You need one ESC per motor !!! so for 4 motors you need 4 ESC!!
