ACM and APM

We are so close to ACM beta, and APM release; May I request we add APM Planner support for ACM firmware?

    There will be support on mission planners for ACM. That was one our original reason to move away from NG code and jump directly on top of APM code base. Now ACM/APM are both synced and they enjoy common features.

    Basicly: add a drop down selcection for mavlink and flymode for ACM on firmware upload screen...
