I have started to add functions to MinimOsd code.
At first i did it for myself only. Added many functions i thought i need. Then opened this thread.
after a while, Pedro and later Miguel came, and things started to happen fast. :D
They have optimised the code and added even more things to it.
They have worked hard on CT, and it became a great tool!

By now MinimOSD-Extra got a pretty advanced OSD.
Here it is in action:
- Changeable unit measurement (US, metric)

- Time From Startup (cleared at takeoff to show exact flight time)

- Wind horizontal speed and direction, and also the average wind speed of the last few minutes.

- Smoothened horizon
- Real heading
- Vertical speed
This functions can be turned on and off, and placed on different screens now, by the Config. tool.
Also RSSI, switching mode and channel and unit measurement, Stall speed warning, Overspeed warning, Battery warning volt, Battery percent warning, RSSI warning, can be set in new Config Tool.
We built in a new way of setting video standards. Now OSD does not guessing anymore :). You can set it fixed from CT. It is in "Video Mode" menu.

Ah, the bootloader got corrupted. Once that happened to me.

If some data appear and other doesn't then either you don't have all thr SR parameters set or the data is not being sent by Pixhawk.
Did you tried that SRx parameters I posted before?
Are you using Telemetry port 1 or 2?
I'm using Telemetry2 on my PixHawk
I find it confusing that with the same SR settings, the standard minimum OSD 2.2 worked ok. I'll flash back to it and test it again to be sure.
The answer to the fact that 2.2 works and latest not is that latest doesn't request data if no data sent (to save space). APM/Pixhawk needs to know that it have to auto send the data. That's why we need to set the SR parameters.
So I'm almost sure you have to set SR2_... parameters to enable Pixhawk to auto send data via telemetry port 2.
Also check if SERIAL2_BAUD is set to 57.

A couple of us are experiencing issues getting voltage / current data to update (except once during arm and disarm), it's discussed on the Wiki here, any ideas?

It should be SR0_EXT_STAT parameter that's missing a value (it should be 2). Could you check it please?
This is assuming you're running AC in a APM (not sure about Pixhawk SRx number).
Nonetheless and as d.zhurakovskyy commented there, you may try to set all the SR parameters that are 0 (zero) to say 1 or 2 just to see if it starts reporting the data.
