I own a Phantom 3 that has had consistent connectivity problems since I got it. Trying to get answers on the phone with DJI has been miserable. I don't get help and sit on hold forever. I have sent it back via their return policy hoping that they consider this glitch covered under warranty. Anyway, I saw a posting for this survey in my FB news feed that I thought was SUPER relevant.
