apm 2.5 to replace naza-m

Hello everyone, I am new here, so excuse me if I don't know what I am talking about. I have a F550 with stock everything DJI, naza-m (1 red) and esc's, dji motors etc. I have been suffering with flyaways on this stupid controller. DJI denied their controller/software had issues as you can see my video today, it lost itself and slammed, broke 2 motors clean in half, destroyed my gimbal and landing gear. http://youtu.be/PrgCB-n1ORw

I want to get rid of this crappy controller for good and thing an apm 2.5 might be a good fit, i am not sure though, but would like some advice/help. If i get the apm 2.5 kit, how easy is it to rip out the naza and just put this in? is it easy to do? with power etc? seeing the esc's are wired into the board of the f550, will i just need to unplug all the cables from the naza and plugin it straight into the apm?

really appreciate some help with this one.
