Has anyone had a problem with a planned flight in mission planner, and when the craft reached the first waypoint it automatically switched to returned home and land. I tried it again and the same thing happened again. Just last weekend I decided as it was RTH after the first waypoint I switched my radio from auto to stabilize to auto and it flipped over in mid air and crashed, as I went to the crash site I noticed the craft motores were running. Any help concerning this issue.

I had a similar issue in the past and ended up refreshing the firmware on the APM, which solved the problem completely.
On occasions I think the GCS does not always do a perfect upload, or some parameters get corrupted. I have had a few strange behaviours that have been solved by an erase and reflash.
