APM 2.6 problem

I am using APM 2.6 in my hexa copter and I am facing an issue with it. 

Firstly I have done all the initial setup on the mission planner software to configure APM and have uploaded the latest firmware in it. I did radio as well as ESC calibration too through RC and my motors too are working properly. But I am unable to lift the copter even the slightest. the motor rpm increases for the half of the throttle and for the other upper half there is no significant change in it or to be more precise very negligible change. Moreover I am pretty sure that motors are capable enough to lift the copter and also additional 2 kg of the payload. So I exactly don't know where the problem lies.
