AR Done 2.0 bearing upgrade does not work with OEM shaft

I got a bearing upgrade to replace the bushings on my AR Drone 2.0 but noticed the bearings are slightly taller than the bushings (see attached photo).  When both bearings are installed, they stick out about 1mm each...what is just enough that I can't get the c-clip onto the top to hold the prop on.

Did the seller (ebay of course) just send me the wrong ones or do I have to drill out the plastic more where the bushing sat so the thicker bearings will work?

    At 2.3mm was the bearing still larger than the bushing?  As you can see from the photos mine are substantially larger than the bushings and there is no way I can get the c-clip on

    Perhaps the seller just packed the wrong ones?
