so today i had the plesure of seeing my first tri-copter plunge into the ground upside-down, from an altitude  off 5 meters. i have flown this tri-copter several times without any trouble. so i would really want to find out what went wrong.

to summarise:

-put down the tri-copter

-plugged the battery in

-went up into the air in stabilize mode

-after 9 seconds the tri-copter rolls left ignoring any input (left motor seemed to speed up massively)

-rolled completely upside-down and plunged into the ground

(due to random luck the electronics seem to be mostly fine if not a bit muddy, the frame snapped into pieces though.)

if you need any more logs just tell me which to upload.

any help is appreciated.

Did you synchronized your ESC ?

    Max

    • yes i did, the drone flew well for the first 10 flights. i think it might have something to do with the firmware of the esc.

i use these esc, i heard there was some sort of unofficial firmware that was way better and would have it fly more stable so i'll try that.

i should also add that the right-front motor actually appeared to speed up at the time.
