I'm interested in tweaking APM code to suit tilt rotor technology. I've seen guys use ArduCopter to tilt rotors through small angles and then rely on fixed aerodynamic surfaces to get additional lift and forward speed. Only catch is that roll and yaw controls switch when rotors transition from vertical to say 45 degrees from horizontal. Where in the APM code can I essentially switch the channels for roll/pitch control when transitioning to forward flight?
