Battery Volt/Amp calibrations not saving

Hello

I have a DJI S900 with a Pixhawk with all current updates running a 6S 17,000Mah battery pack. I have the ATTOPILOT 180amp Power Module installed between my battery and power distribution board on the S-900. I am also using DroneDeploy Co-Pilot for mapping purposes.

I am having an issue calibrating my battery monitor. I have followed the video online that is linked on Ardupilots site under calibration. I was able to get calibration within .2 amps when running at 15amp at aprox 20% throttle. At one point I disconnected and connected to Mission Planner to  be sure the settings stuck and they did.

But after a power cycle of the s900 I connected to MP and now my battery voltage was at 17 volts when it should have been at 24volts. Essentially loosing my settings and being completely mis calibrated.

Does anyone know what could cause this?
