I'm completely new at this hobby, I am in the process of putting together a basic quadcopter and for when I'm finished I was looking into small lightweight wireless cameras and I stumbled across this:
Not entirely sure if this is ideal, but it seems as if it would work. I have my computer hooked up into my TV (LCD), so it seems with a dedicated battery for the on-board camera, and the DC adapter into a socket, the transmitter into the TV, and flying with a regular R/C controller it would work quite well.
Price is a steal, too.
Thoughts?
And correct me if I'm overlooking something that makes this entirely implausible, because "too good to be true" usually is.

The camera you saw in ebay are cheap ones that have very short range. They are meant for indoor use only. I have tried and cannot get past 40 ft range in an open field. you need a camera with a seperate VTX and a good antenna to make it workable.
