DIY Drones Store, Item return

What is the process for returning a defective item to the DIY store?

I have a week old (never flown) 3DR telemetry set, that I need to exchange for a new (preferably working :) ) one...

I have sent an email with no response.

I am leaving for CA the first of next week and need to get this sent off before I go...
