This is my first project and i'm looking for a bit of advice.
I'm looking to build an ArduCoper as am wondering if my existing cheap old traditional electric heli could be upgraded as as an entry point.
This a what I have about from years back.
I am keen to try an APM2 in place of the existing gyro board and reuse the airframe, servos, motors etc.
Would it auto stabilise / hover etc or does that only work in autonomous mode?
I don't have a large budget so was looking to get started with this then upgrade it to Quad or Hex a bit later.
What would be the minimum kit for this conversion, or am i best going for a the basic quad or plane kit?
