I'm pretty new to the drone scene so please don't complicate answers to much.

I'm tuning a Flame wheel hexa-rotor with a pixhawk PX4 using qgroundcontrol. Manual flight is very clean. However when I switch from manual to auto, the craft rolls hard left (one time it was saved by switching back to manual mode, a second time I wasn't so lucky and it hit the ground.) I rebuilt some broken arms and am back to tuning. I've noticed that in manual mode, when holding the craft in my hand at a weightless throttle as suggested in pixhawk's tuning manual, it is very strong in resisting right roll and much less so resisting left roll.

Has anyone experienced a similar behavior? How should I approach these issues? Any assistance is very appreciated.
