Full 7 channel airplane with APM 2.5+

Can someone tell me what Channels 5,6,7 can be used for??

I have a full 7 channel plane with V tail, both flaps & ailerons move for roll control (total of 4 servos on the main wing) can I hook this system up to that and make it work properly??

Any way around the V-tail Mixer??? Cant you program two servos for V tail in the software???

Thanks for any advice or pointing me in the right direction to find these answers.

P.S. on the software how do you tell it to navigate your set way points and then rerun the same set of way points X number of times????

Note: elevons (combined ailerons/elevator, as used in flying wings) are also supported' just connect them to the first two channels as you would to your RC receiver. You'll tell APM to do elevon mixing in the Mission Planner setup process.

If you're flying a V-tail, this is not currently support by the APM software. Instead, you can mix your rudder and elevator channels externally with a hardware mixer. Here's a good and very inexpensive ($3) one.
