Help much needed DIYdrone brotheren!

Alright, I need some serious help with this one..
I have a flight tested APM that I transfered into my new big V-tail drone.
I am having some issues with the APM its self on this platform though..
The APM will randomly restart its self and recalibrate (fatal if in air), The GPS will not lock, and the servos are acting squirly..?

Any one know whats happening?

    Sounds like you're getting a power brownout. Is your ESC up to the job? If it's underspec it can lead to low voltage situations. What kind are you using?

    before you ask, yes the GPS is plugged directly into the APM, not the IMU. 

    Also, not the gps works.. but the board still resets and servos go crazy, i swear my GPS is pluging in the APM though!
