I have multiple flight controllers and multiple scenarios. I haven't seen a method to duplicate the settings of one flight controller to another.
How can it be done (without manually going through and checking each and every setting....)

it is not possible sorry :(
Go to config/advanced parameters/advanced list, then click save on the right hand side. This will save the whole parm file.
You can then load (or better still compare) to a new airframe, using the 'load' or 'compare' button on the same screen.
Be aware that this will save acc and compass offsets, rc max and min etc, so should not be copied wholesale to another airframe, as it will just crash you, quickly.
There is work going on to allow a simple param copy, but for now you must do it yourself, and be careful :)
Use the compare, copy what you need then setup as normal for each frame is my advice, so do radio cal, accel cal, compass and compass MOT for each frame. The rest should be transferable.
