How to use APM to drive a DC water pump

Guys, I am trying to build a quadcopter using APM 2.6 and I have also attached a water bottle with a dc pump below this quadcopter so that it can spray insecticides. Now I want to use the 6th channel on my FS-T6 radio controller to control the speed of my DC pump and I don't know how to do that because the output of that channel comes from the APM in the form of a PWM signal whereas my water pump is DC (6 volts). Any suggestions on how to achieve that?

At this point, DC pump has no power supply and I want to know how can I supply it power using my APM module so that I can also vary it's speed using radio controller.
