Identify this type of A/V plug from transmitter?

I have a LawMate 1.2GHz 1000mW transmitter,

I am trying to identify what this cable end is. I want a wire that has a female end of this cable to a three (or 4) jumper cable that could plug into a typical 3 way video switcher. Thanks you for your help!
