Is Cross Continental CoInventor Collaboration to Jointly Develop an Hybrid Drone Possible?

Hello friends, I'm based in Africa but needs a coinventor or Angel investor based in USA or Canada who would endorse an NDA with me so that we can fast track 3D CAD, 3D computer simulation, manufacturing/funding and patent of a new concept of hybrid aircraft with stable flight which can be made as toys first and later as big transport vehicles! This new concept has possible variants! Now awaiting your advice, links & contact with genuine honest interested people! Interested guys must have the experience & funds to make the project happen!
