Hi,

Can anyone give me some pointers on how to build an electric FPV platform with an endurance in the 30-40min range?

The payload should be in the 250-400g range, when the FPV is installed.

Hi Joe,

The motor I'm using is a Rimfire .32 I had available that supports 3-4S configurations and turns 800 rpm/volt. I think I could probably spend some time improving the cg location to achieve better glide performance without increasing drag. Right now I have a more forward cg location which is great for stability, but may perhaps be increasing the necessary power application to maintain the given speed and to hold altitude.
