Left motor slow speed tricopter

Hi all

I have a tricopter and I have some problems with it.

When I fly it then there is this wobbling effect that sometimes happens but I think

that I can adjust that with the PID settings ?

Then my main problem is when I have flown for some time, then at the end my tricopter's left motor is losing speed and it will tilt to the left. I have already calibrated the ESC for that motor several times and reprogrammed (although I use the default settings) the ESC.

I fly with a 2200 mAh LiPo battery and when I charge it then the charger tells me that it charged the battery with 1500 mAh until it's full. So I think that's not the problem, I have this with all my 5 LiPo batteries.

I have recorded a video of this behavior and at the end you see that the left motor is slowing down at the end so I'm forced to land. You can also see the wobbling effect I mentioned before.

My question is: does anybody know what's wrong or knows how this comes ?

More info about the tricopter is in the youtube video description.

  • Found the problem, after some time.

It was an ESC. I changed the front ESC's and now the right motor had the same problem.

    • Thought it was the ESC, after a long time waiting for the new ESC I added a new ESC and the problem is still there. The tricopter is pulling to the left side after 5 minutes, when the battery is almost empty.

Have no idea what could be the problem... :(
