Hey Laurence,
why in particular UK operators?
Reason I'm asking is that if you want someone to take a footage for you - that's one story (plenty of cheap airlines nowadays around and maybe I can help you out), but if you need advice how to insure your rig or what papers you need to be able to fly over Tower - that's completely different :)
