'Ok I have tiger motor 3506 pancake motors that are 620kv with 12 in props on 4s and when I give it full throttle it's super weak maybe climbs 3ft a second. My friend has the same setup but without the APM 2.5 and his has stupid power. What do I need to change in the APM? I've already calibrated the escs to my rx. Do I need to try and recalibrate them to the APM?

Ok My radios throttle pwm low is 1100 and its high is 1900. When I full throttle my escs they only go to 1712. I can't see to get my APM to calibrate my escs. Somebody with a phone please call me I'm not getting anywhere.
Put throttle to high, plug a battery into your quad, then unplug it.
Leaving throttle high plug a battery in again, then drop your throttle to zero. You will hear a couple of confirmation beeps. Slowly raise throttle, all motors should spin together. Disconnect battery. You should now be ready to go.

Yup this sounds like ESC cal.
Go into mission planner, calibrate your radio.
Disconnect APM.

Did you perform THIS calibration?
It calibrates the APM output to the ESC -- not the same as ESC to RX.

Maybe a new LiPo with higher C - rating?
What LiPo do you use?
Did you calibrate all of your ESC?
