I am final year student and I try to build for my bachelor thesis an autonomous drone and use my smartphone for the camera and controller. I've got an email from someone from Intel and i bought the pieces they told me:

The servo controller from Pololu:

My question is: How i can transfer data through Wi-Fi from the drone to Smartphone? Do i need a Wi-Fi adapter?
And why they told me to buy the Pololu servo controller if i already have the KK board?
