"no heatbeat packets found"

no matter what is done the ardupilot mega 2.0 will not connect through usb and talk to the mission planner, i tried plugging in the ardupilot 1.0 and it connects just fine, (this is the unit sent to lucien miller at INNOV8TIVE DESIGNS for testing purposes), please help me get this unit running so we can review it.

Have you updated to a new version of the mission planner? not too long ago, they updated to Mavlink 1.0 from .9 and if youre not using the updated MP software, it wont work.
