In early June 2015, we placed an order for 4 DIY Quadcopter kits, 4 Radio's, and 4 Batteries.  All orders showed in stock when we ordered these items.  It has now been over a month and we have yet to have any communication from 3DR concerning the order.  I have tried calling, but have sat on hold for 20 minutes before giving up.  We are using these kits for a college course, but that also means we have a limited budget and if the products are not delivered in a timely manner the orders have to be cancelled.  Can anyone suggest what to do?
